This project was a full refurbish of an old hall owned by the Sir Alfred McAlpine estate, it consisted of taking off the original roof and providing new trusses making sure to preserve the original servants quarters which were incorporated in the roof space, also to retain the oak king trusses in their place. We provided new floors,  dpc,  re-plastered,  Purpose made Hardwood windows and doors, rebuilding of part of one gable end, three chimneys, pointing stonework, re-roofing, re-wiring and new central heating system.
